The Servant Leadership Team at St. Gerald is a small group (the pastor and key leaders) that helps the pastor advance the vision he has for the parish. The pastor relies on this team to help him make strategic decisions that will further the vision and ensure implementation of those decisions. This team ultimately shares responsibility for the success of the parish’s mission with the pastor.
Our current Servant Leadership Team (SLT) consists of five members: Fr. Mark Nolte (pastor), Jenny Wiswell (Director of Evangelization & Discipleship), Deacon Steve Luna (parishioner), and Ramona Kowal (parishioner). Our SLT meets biweekly on Thursday afternoons and quarterly for all-day meetings to pray and discern the Lord's direction for St. Gerald and to execute the vision of St. Gerald to encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and transform lives.
