St. Gerald Stride is a student-led fundraiser and Home & School’s most important fundraising event of the year! Held each fall, this exciting event empowers our students to take an active role in supporting their school community.
In the weeks leading up to the event, students gather pledges and work toward fundraising goals, earning fun incentives and prizes along the way. The celebration culminates in the Stride Day, when students take to the streets of Ralston for a spirited walk filled with energy, community pride, and school spirit. Funds raised through the St. Gerald Stride directly support important programs, resources, and improvements that benefit our students, staff, and school environment.
Funds raised allow St. Gerald Home & School Association to support activities NOT covered by the cost of tuition including (but not limited to):
- Sacrament celebrations
- Catholic Schools week events
- High School Scholarships
- Classroom Technology
- School Renovations
- Field Trip transportation
- Enrichment & Educational programs for Staff & Students
- Security during school Mass
- And much, much, much more!
