Saint Gerald

This year, our model for Family Formation will be the same as in the past, however our curriculum has changed. A Family of Faith encourages and equips parents to catechize their children. By attending one family gathering every month, parents who participate receive what they need to teach and live their Catholic Faith at home with their children.

How A Family of Faith Works

  • At the PARISH - You'll learn the key teachings of the Faith through monthly workshops at the parish.
  • At HOME - You'll teach your children using fun activities and talk about your faith as a family using a parent guide book and student activity workbook.
Families get to know and support each other on their faith journey. Families may choose to meet outside of church to do some shared activities together.

Family of Faith Gatherings take place on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30, October through May. At this large group meeting, parents will dive into discussions and receive adult level background knowledge to teach their children at home. Each month you will receive parenting tips on how to shepherd your children's hearts through the ages and stages of development. You will be fully equipped with all the tools to teach family lessons at home. Your children in grades K-6th will participate in age-level instruction from catechists in the classroom during the parent meeting.

The annual tuition is $120 per family. This is a per family fee (not per child) and covers families with children in grades K-8.
