Saint Gerald Pastoral Council
Restructuring of Pastoral Council
Our parish vision statement is Encountering Jesus - Making Disciples - Transforming Lives. The vision brings into focus the role of our community and each one of us, individually, as members of the Body of Christ to grow in our own relationship with Jesus and mature as disciples, to live in the power of the Holy Spirit, and to proclaim God's saving love and mercy to those who do not know him.
In light of the parish vision, please read this letter from Father Mark in regard to restructuring the Pastoral Council and the formation of the Servant Leadership Team.
The purpose of the restructured Pastoral Council is to help with long-term strategic planning (5 years out). They will also serve as an advisory body to Fr. Mark and our Servant Leadership Team (SLT), as we make important decisions that will impact the whole parish.
